Configuration 403 Rectangular Band
Two-piece, post terminals located on each end of each half, clamping tabs (no straps). When ordering, specify length of each side, give wattage and voltage for each individual half.
Lengths from 2-1/2" to 21", Widths from 1-1/2" to 5-1/2"
Configuration 415 Rectangular Band
Two-piece, flexible leads with stainless steel hose, clamping tabs (no straps). When ordering, specify length of each side, give wattage and voltage for each individual half.

Configuration 417 Rectangular Band
Two-piece, flexible leads with stainless steel overbraid, clamping tabs (no straps). When ordering, specify length of each side, give wattage and voltage for each individual half.

Low Profile Terminals Rectangular Band Heater Options
Low profile terminals are available on all rectangular band heater configurations with post terminals.
3 Phase or Dual Voltage Rectangular Band Heater Options
Available on all rectangular band heaters with leads or post terminals. Some restrictions, such as minimum size, do exist. Contact us for more information.
Ground Terminals or Ground Wire Rectangular Band Heater Options
May be added to most configurations.
Non-Standard Location of Leads or Terminals Rectangular Band Heater Options
Leads or terminals may be located at any reasonable place along the heater for applications where standard connections may be inaccessible. Call for more details.
Stainless Steel Sheath Rectangular Band Heater Options
For food processing applications, stainless steel construction is available.
Holes or Notches Rectangular Band Heater Options
Any reasonable size and location of holes or notches is available on custom designed heaters. Call for assistance in determining feasibility.
Copper Elbow with Stainless Steel Hose Rectangular Band Heater Options
3/8" flexible hose soldered to elbow available only on configuration 415. Specify orientation of elbow to heater when ordering.
Copper Elbow with Stainless Steel Overbraid Rectangular Band Heater Options
3/8" stainless steel overbraid crimped to elbow available only on configuration 415. Specify orientation of elbow to heater when ordering.
Bayonet Adapter Attached to Heater Rectangular Band Heater Options
A standard bayonet adapter is soldered to a bracket then attached to the heater above a 3/8" diameter hole. Specify adapter length when ordering.
Strain Relief Spring Rectangular Band Heater Options
Strain relief spring that goes over stainless steel overbraid (approximately 4" coverage from where leads exit heater). Available only on configuration 417.
3 Phase and Dual Voltage T-Boxes Rectangular Band Heater Options
Available on most configurations that have post terminals side-by-side.
European Connector Rectangular Band Heater Options
Two-pole cup type European plug available on most configurations. Some restrictions, such as minimum length and minimum width, do exist. Call for more details.
Terminal Box Rectangular Band Heater Option
Available for most configurations with post terminals. Box is attached directly to heater. Call for more details.
