Rectangular Band Heater Options

For caustic atmospheres, a Monel construction is available.

Low profile terminals are available on all rectangular band heater configurations with post terminals.

Available on all rectangular band heaters with leads or post terminals. Some restrictions, such as minimum size, do exist. Contact us for more information.

Leads or terminals may be located at any reasonable place along the heater for applications where standard connections may be inaccessible. Call for more details.

For food processing applications, stainless steel construction is available.

Any reasonable size and location of holes or notches is available on custom designed heaters. Call for assistance in determining feasibility.

3/8" flexible hose soldered to elbow available only on configuration 415. Specify orientation of elbow to heater when ordering.

3/8" stainless steel overbraid crimped to elbow available only on configuration 415. Specify orientation of elbow to heater when ordering.

A standard bayonet adapter is soldered to a bracket then attached to the heater above a 3/8" diameter hole. Specify adapter length when ordering.

Strain relief spring that goes over stainless steel overbraid (approximately 4" coverage from where leads exit heater). Available only on configuration 417.

Available on most configurations that have post terminals side-by-side.

Two-pole cup type European plug available on most configurations. Some restrictions, such as minimum length and minimum width, do exist. Call for more details.
